Title: Get a Charge Out of Chemistry
The Georgia Local Section of the American Chemical Society (ACS) is sponsoring an illustrated poem contest for students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Contest Deadline: April 28, 2024, 11:59 PM
To enter, please email the scanned image of the poem with the completed poem contest entry form to the ACS Georgia CCEW coordinator, Dr. Ajay Mallia at amallia@ggc.edu.

Participants who win the Illustrated Poem Contest of the Georgia Local Section will have the opportunity to advance to the National Illustrated Poem Contest. Winners of the national contest will receive prizes and have their work featured on the ACS website. The first-place winners in each grade category will receive $300, and the second-place winners will receive $150. The announcement of the national contest winners is scheduled for May.
