CCEW Illustrated Poem Contest

As part of Chemists Celebrate Earth Week (CCEW), ACS sponsors an illustrated poem contest for K-12 students based on the theme “Take Note: The Chemistry of Paper”

  • The contest is for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • ACS Georgia first-place winners will advance to the national contest.
  • ACS will award $300 to four first-place winners and $150 to four second-place winners in different age groups (K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th, 9th-12th).
  • Deadlines for submission of the entry is on Tuesday, April 30 (contact CCEW coordinator Ajay Mallia).
